Mobilization
Upon initial consultation, we will send a service offer, describing the nature of the service(s) to be delivered and other terms. This is will be a basis for mobilization.
Planning
Include desk work and more definitive preparatory work. An implementation plan must be approved to proceed.
Implementation
Include the actual field work, where core tasks geared to deliver the program objectives will be done.
Management
Upon completion of the body of work, edits, analysis, visualization will be conducted to ensure excellence.
